If you buy an autoharp from us and it does not work properly or has problems, we will fix it, make it right or give your
money back(last resort), excluding shipping and fees, according to the following conditions.
Conditions of Guarantee: You must let us know within 48 hours of receiving the autoharp of any problems or shipping
damage. All returns must have pre-approval from us and must be received by us in the condition it left our shop in(excluding
shipping damaged upon receipt of customer). In the event of any problems or damage, please let us know immediately.
We are here to help you and we stand behind our products and workmanship.
Shipping Damage will be handled by filing a claim and reimbursing you upon return of the instrument.
If anything else comes up that is not discussed here, we will work with you fairly and honestly as we would want to be
dealt with. We live by the golden rule, we do unto others as we would have them do unto us.
NOTE ABOUT FACTORY WARRANTY: Oscar Schmidt easily replaces your autoharp if any warranty covered problem occurs. The warranty
is only good for an even swap of the same type instrument. We charge a small setup fee to set up any warranted harp, we keep
it as low as possible.
